  • A booking is only confirmed once a deposit is paid. Cancellation within 48 hours of your move date may result in a fee.

  • We promise to treat your belongings with care, arrive on time, and complete the job as agreed. We’re fully insured and all our staff are trained professionals.

  • Please make sure items are packed and ready (unless you’ve booked our packing service), access is clear, and any parking permits or permissions are arranged.

  • In the rare case of any damage, we’ll handle claims professionally and quickly. See our full damage policy for details.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major payment methods.
